EV Charger Planning and Site Design

Installation and System Integration

Summit’s electricians trench or run conduit to charger locations, set concrete pads or pedestals, and install all wiring, disconnects, and overcurrent protection to code and manufacturer specifications. Level 2 chargers receive appropriately sized circuits, while DC fast chargers are fed from higher-voltage three-phase service. Once installed, we commission the chargers, validate charging performance, connect them to management or payment platforms, and configure access controls, pricing, and load-sharing logic so they work as part of your broader energy strategy.

Monitoring, Maintenance, and Scalability

After turn-up, Summit keeps your EV infrastructure reliable and ready for growth. We provide periodic inspections, firmware updates, and safety testing for chargers, cables, and protective devices. When faults or physical damage occur, our technicians repair or replace units to minimize downtime.
